Built for the most demanding wildland firefighting crews, the Mountain Rest combines rugged construction, ergonomic suspension, and practical storage in a purpose-built fireline pack.

Constructed from heavy-duty 1000D Cordura, the Mountain Rest is designed to ride low on your back and hips for improved comfort and stability. Its unique sliding-yoke suspension system features curved, fully adjustable shoulder pads that flex with your movement. An adjustable sliding chest strap helps provide a secure, comfortable fit throughout the workday.

The roomy main compartment features a double-cinch closure, with both an inner and outer drawstring to help protect and secure your equipment. The protective top flap includes two convenient storage compartments: one zippered and one with a hook-and-loop closure, providing accessible storage for maps, paperwork, and smaller essentials.

Two large drawstring pockets on the back provide additional storage for SIG bottles or water. On either side of the main compartment, drawstring pockets are backed by covered fusee holders, giving you organized access to essential fireline equipment.

Padded hip wings feature attachment points for ALICE-compatible pouches, allowing you to customize your pack with accessories such as a belt weather kit.

The bottom-mounted fire shelter compartment opens from either the left or right side, providing flexible access when seconds matter. The pack accommodates the newer GSA fire shelter. An optional 3M reflective stripe adds visibility.
